1、 Temperature vibration data collection, precise detection of equipment status

1. The Hisense D60 is equipped with domestically produced high-precision non cooled thermal imaging sensors, which assist inspection personnel in taking thermal imaging photos and videos of pipelines, valves, power pumps and other equipment, and upload them to the Hisense point inspection management platform. The platform can automatically extract temperature from thermal imaging pictures and videos and record them. By accumulating device temperature data, a device temperature management file is formed. Combined with AI algorithms, timely alarms are triggered for abnormal temperatures during point inspections, and relevant departments are notified for on-site analysis to achieve predictive maintenance of equipment.

2. The Hisense D60 can be equipped with high-precision vibration sensors that can be connected via Bluetooth or wired connection, which can assist inspection personnel in monitoring the vibration of high-speed operating equipment such as motors and pressure pumps, including key data such as amplitude, frequency, and XYZ three-axis vibration amplitude. The vibration data can also be uploaded in real time to the Hisense inspection management platform and form equipment vibration data files. Combining AI algorithms, detect abnormal vibrations during point inspections and notify relevant departments for on-site analysis to achieve predictive maintenance of equipment.

2、 RTK high-precision positioning, real-time monitoring of personnel distribution

Hisense D60 is equipped with RTK high-precision positioning chip, which can achieve centimeter level high-precision positioning, accurately record the position of point inspection personnel and report it to the point inspection platform, and automatically form the work trajectory of inspection personnel. The platform automatically compares the work trajectory with the pre-set point inspection route, which can evaluate the inspection quality and effectiveness of the point inspection personnel, ensuring timely, accurate and thorough inspection work.

3、 Public and private integrated intercom, no loss of contact during inspection

Hisense D60 has DMR PTT and public POC intercom functions, which can achieve interoperability with mainstream DMR systems and connect with existing intercom platforms in the chemical industry. At the same time, equipped with POC intercom, combined with the intercom function of Hisense point inspection system, it realizes personnel grouping, personnel organizational structure management, group call, single call and other intercom functions, ensuring smooth communication of point inspection personnel
